Just had PW meeting just now at my house, and it ended at 4 plus. It was rather one of the shortest PW meetings that we have had since duno when. Esp. when the damn WR was finally handed in last friday!!!
Seriously speaking, today's PW meeting was very fun, everyone was very light-hearted i thought, even CaiLuo, who apparently seems very relieved from the burden of the WR. Will miss PW days when it's over. I say that coz i know it will never appear again =P
Haha anyway, my ah gong was bragging to my cousins (little ones) again, as usual. Coz my uncle was like suddenly asking me about my results. Then my ah gong interrupted asking my pri 3 cousin: "How many As you have?" (in chinese of coz) Haha then he continued on to say that when he was young (before World War 2), he studied pri 1, 2, 3 then had to go to work. Then came his bragging, he said proudly that he was monitor of the class for these 3 years (even though all the kids including me were like 'no big deal' kinda look)
Then i was thinking (again), that if my ah gong had the chance to further his studies at that time, he would have been a big shot in live, and very smart too (even though he is a smart aleck now lol) however, like the usual me, i think further, i was thinking if he was so smart and maybe became some uni student. He might have joined some anti-jap group during the war and may have got killed or soemthing. Then i wont be blogging here lol =D
